Shipping Service
Shipping Policy:
All products are shipped via USPS, UPS. Damages or delays to your order are not the responsibility of Classic Alpaca, and any losses incurred while goods are in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer. Purchase insurance for packing misplacement or loss for the value of your order and we will cover it. The cost is 1% of the merchandise being shipped.
Our shipping model is a flat-rate system bases on order subtotal:

- Depending on your country of residence, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations outside the United States, shipping costs will apply and will vary depending on box dimensions, weight, and international geographic location. Our preferred payment method for shipping costs is PayPal (we will send you an email with a payment link attached) we also offer other different payment options, please feel free to contact us by email or by phone (913- 271-3474 or [email protected]) to obtain a different payment method, if necessary.
After processing your order you will have 5 business days to make the shipping payment, otherwise the order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded. - If for some reason there is something you simply don’t want to carry in your store you may simply send it back to arrive to us within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund, excluding shipping.
- If you find that something has a defect simply notify within 14 days of you receiving the order for a full refund, including shipping. Please contact us, and we will email or mail you a shipping label for return postage.
