Pre Orders

ClassicAlpaca is introducing a new option on its website, allowing customers to place Pre-Orders. This feature enables the purchase of products that are currently out of stock or even those that are available. This option ensures that the requested products will be manufactured and shipped in the next export or at a future date chosen by the customer.

To process a Pre-Order, the customer will need to make an initial payment of 50% to 100% of the total order value. Additionally, there is an option to have in-stock products shipped earlier. In this case, the customer will need to cover a second shipping cost, which follows the same policies as ClassicAlpaca’s standard orders.

This new functionality allows customers to secure their favorite products with greater flexibility and the option to manage shipping times according to their preferences.

Shipping policy

All products are shipped via USPS, UPS. Damages or delays to your order are not the responsibility of Classic Alpaca, and any losses incurred while goods are in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer. Purchase insurance for packing misplacement or loss for the value of your order and we will cover it. The cost is 1% of the merchandise being shipped.

Our shipping model is a flat-rate system bases on order subtotal:

• Depending on your country of residence, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations outside the United States, shipping costs will apply and will vary depending on box dimensions, weight, and international geographic location.
• Our preferred payment method for shipping costs is PayPal (we will send you an email with a payment link attached). We also offer other different payment options.
• Please feel free to contact us by email or by phone (913- 271-3474 or [email protected]) to obtain a different payment method, if necessary.
• After processing your order you will have 5 business days to make the shipping payment, otherwise the order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
