Shipping Service

Shipping Policy:

All products are shipped via USPS, UPS. Damages or delays to your order are not the responsibility of Classic Alpaca, and any losses incurred while goods are in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer. Purchase insurance for packing misplacement or loss for the value of your order and we will cover it. The cost is 1% of the merchandise being shipped.

Our shipping model is a flat-rate system bases on order subtotal:

• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and for all international orders is calculated based on box dimension and weight and will be added to your invoice after your order is placed.
• If for some reason there is something you simply don’t want to carry in your store you may simply send it back to arrive to us within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund, excluding return shipping.
• If you find that something has a defect simply notify within 14 days of you receiving the order for a full refund, including shipping. Please contact us, and we will email or mail you a shipping label for return postage.
